In this #systematicreview + meta-analysis of 22 studies, digital cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (dCBT-I) alleviated symptoms of #depression, #anxiety & #insomnia. Fully automated versions of dCBT-I were also effective in reducing symptoms.
