I attach two article of interest.
The first is predictive descriptive characteristics on connectomes to distinguish depressed patients with suicidality vs depressed patients without suicidality
The Noori article describes the neurochemistry of rat connectome.
I found one article that was a double blind comparison of lithium vs quetiapine in bipolar adolescents.
They found differences between ill and recovered patients but not between drugs, concluding the structural differences were a distal pathway. The best I could tell it was a morphological study so I did not attach it.
A third attached article by Cai et al raises potential serious ethical questions (actualy the ethics is clear, protection from abuse is not)
Connectome data informed which patients had impulsive decision making re money. Great info for sale people.
