How could something so obvious like #delirium go unnoticed? It’s called inattentional blindness. Our focus is just elsewhere.

Even if delirium donned a gorilla costume, it would still be missed much of the time!

Did you know term Capgras was actually co-described in the original case report by Jean Reboul-Lachaux? He has been forgotten to the point we can’t find a picture of him.
